About
Owner, Shanna DeCola, lives outside of Philadelphia, PA. With her children now grown, she had more time to travel. Being a vacation home user herself when traveling, it only seemed natural to begin to share her homes with others this way. As a vacation rental home host, she loves getting to "meet" new people from all over the world and learn about their lives and experiences. Shanna offers her own vacation rental homes in Gulf Shores and Tuscaloosa, AL, Perdido Key, FL, and the Pocono Mountains of PA. After becoming fluent in managing her own properties, Shanna decided to open up a boutique property management company to share her skillset with others.
